AI Engineer

Join our AI team to design and ship agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered products for real business problems. You'll work directly with clients and own features end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Build and deploy LLM-powered agents using LangGraph, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks
Design and implement RAG pipelines with semantic search and context retrieval
Fine-tune and evaluate open-source and commercial language models for specific tasks
Implement guardrails, output validation, and safety layers for production AI systems
Instrument and monitor model performance — latency, accuracy, cost, hallucination rate
Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to integrate AI into full-stack products

What We're Looking For

2+ years working with LLMs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
Hands-on experience building agents, chains, or agentic workflows
Strong Python skills — comfortable writing production-quality code, not just notebooks
Experience with vector databases and embedding models
Solid understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and evaluation frameworks
Ability to reason about AI system failure modes and design mitigations

Nice to Have

Experience with LangSmith, Langfuse, or other LLM observability tools
Familiarity with model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) or RLHF
Background in NLP research or applied ML
Experience shipping AI products to non-technical end users
